The Tell.Me 2026<\/strong> Symposium adopts a format that combines academic sessions with a virtual exhibition, including oral presentations and curated digital showcases of artistic artefacts and narratives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contributions may be submitted as scientific papers (extended abstract or short paper) and artefacts\/stories for inclusion in the virtual exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Authors are invited to submit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– An extended abstract of two pages (title, body, list of references) or a short paper of up to four pages, to be considered for oral presentation;
– A two-page rationale, to be considered either for oral presentation or as conceptual and technical documentation accompanying artefacts (narratives\/stories) submitted for the virtual exhibition.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Artefacts\/artworks submitted for the exhibition must include an extended abstract providing a rationale, and a video in HD MP4 format lasting up to 5 minutes (with mandatory English subtitles). The video must be provided as a permanent link (optionally private).\u00a0Please note that the symposium will feature a virtual exhibition (audiovisual) of artefacts (narratives\/stories) only<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Submissions are accepted in the symposium’s official languages: English<\/strong> and Portuguese<\/strong>. If your contribution is in Portuguese, please prepare an English version of the title and a short abstract for international distribution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tell.Me 2026 <\/strong>uses a double-blind review process<\/strong>. As such, submitted papers should not have author and institutional identification in the title and header areas, nor in the body of the paper.
\u2018Explicit self-references should be avoided; authors citing their own prior work should discuss it in the third person (\u201cPrevious work by <Author> [X1]\u2026\u201d instead of \u201cIn our previous work [X1]\u2026\u201d). Authors should also avoid mentioning the names of institutions where the work was done (\u201cparticipants were recruited from the university campus\u201d, instead of \u201cparticipants were recruited from the <Institution name>\u201d). Authors should also avoid clear identification marks of their affiliation in figures and supplementary material and remove metadata from submission files.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the text, made anonymous, for each paper, separate identification info must be provided at Easy Chair, containing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Name, organisation, mailing and e-mail addresses of each author
\u2022 Name of the contact author
\u2022 A list of keywords<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guidelines and Templates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tell.Me 2026 uses the ACM template<\/strong> for submission and publication. The new simplified single-column template<\/strong> is required for submission. Submissions must follow the ACM guidelines described at this link<\/em><\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The submission of an abstract or artefact implies the intention of at least one of the authors to register and present at the symposium or exhibit at the virtual expo. Abstracts accepted and presented at the symposium by one of the authors will appear in the book of abstracts. Artworks accepted for exhibition will be published in the book of abstracts, provided the authors submit an appropriate rationale describing each artwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
